PUBLIC RENTAL BOARD (PRB) invites expressions of interest from registered Bailiffs to deliver bailiff services for the organization.

Applicants should be able to properly serve relevant legal documents/notices on an “as and when” basis to the customers of PRB.

Scope of Work for Bailiff Services for Central, Western and Northern Divisions.

The Bailiff Services/Scope of Services include, but are not limited, to the following services:

1. Serving Tenants with Board Notices and Court Documents;
2. Ensuring that these are carried out with Affidavits of Service signed by the said bailiff and witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths, Justice of the Peace or Solicitor/Lawyer;

Registered Bailiffs wishing to register their interest with the Board are required to submit the following details: –

1. Valid Bailiff License for the year;
2. Valid Business Registration Certificate;
3. Valid TIN (Tax Identification Number) or Voter ID;
4. Fee structure and timelines within which services will be delivered per instruction;
5. Provide at least three written references from reputable organisations or individuals who have utilised your Bailiff services in the last three (3) years.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked “Expression of Interest 04/2026 – Bailiff Services” should be addressed to the General Manager and submitted either in the designated Tender Box located at Level 1 Public Rental Board, 132 Grantham Rd, Raiwaqa or uploaded to the portal on PRB website www.prb.com.fj before 3.00pm on Friday 22 May 2026.
