The PRB Kia Estate was established in 1979 with 54 flats. The estate is located along Kia Street, Raiwai, Suva. In 2006, an additional 27 flats were built bringing the total flat count to 81 units. The estate has a community hall and the flat comprises of a mixture of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats. There is a small canteen located at the heart of the estate to service the tenants and neighbours.
