Installation of Boom Barrier at PRB Raiwai Estate

The Public Rental Board (PRB) invites written tenders from reputable and qualified
contractors for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a boom gate
system at the PRB Raiwai Estate.

Scope of Works

The works include:
Supply of a complete automatic boom gate system (6 meters).
Installation, electrical works, and integration with estate security operations.
Provision of access control mechanisms (RFID & 2 x Video Intercom units).
Testing, commissioning, and training of PRB staff.
Warranty and post-installation support.

Site Visit

A mandatory site visit will be scheduled for all interested bidders. Details will be
provided upon registration of interest.

Closing Date

All tenders must be submitted through the PRB tender website with tenders marked:
Tender No: 13/25 – Installation of Boom Barrier at PRB Raiwai Estate
and addressed to:

and lodged no later than:
12th September 2025 at 3.00pm

Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

PRB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without providing reasons
and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
