{"id":1796,"date":"2025-05-19T21:16:04","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T21:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.prb.com.fj\/?post_type=tenders&#038;p=1796"},"modified":"2025-05-19T21:16:04","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T21:16:04","slug":"tender-08-25-invitation-to-tender-for-legal-services-or-consultancy","status":"publish","type":"tenders","link":"https:\/\/www.prb.com.fj\/index.php\/tenders\/tender-08-25-invitation-to-tender-for-legal-services-or-consultancy\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender 08\/25 &#8211; Invitation to Tender for Legal Services or Consultancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Registration of 153 Strata Unit Titles \u2013 Lagilagi Housing Estate, Samabula, Suva<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Public Rental Board (the &#8220;Board&#8221;) is established by the Housing Amended Decree 1989 The Board is mandated to provide affordable rental and titled housing to low-income families in Fiji. \u00a0In an effort to register 153 Strata Units Title at its Lagilagi Housing Estate, the Board is inviting tenders from reputable, qualified and experienced Law Firms or Land Consultants &#8220;for the registration of 153 Strata Unit Title&#8221; at its Lagilagi Housing Estate, located at the junction of Grantham and Gaji Road, Samabula, Suva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful service provider will be required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate and complete the registration of the <u>153 <\/u>individual Strata Titles with the <strong>Registrar of Titles Office<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensure all legal documentation and unit entitlements comply with the relevant Act and associated regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice, support and regular updates throughout the registration process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested law firms or Consultants must submit the following documents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A valid Practising Certificate to practice in Fiji \u2013 For Law Firms<\/li>\n<li>Tax Compliance &amp; Exemption Certificates<\/li>\n<li>Company Registration Certificates or Business License.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate proven experience in conveyancing and title registrations work.<\/li>\n<li>Submit a detailed proposal including professional fees, disbursement estimates and timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Terms Of Reference<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please download a copy of the Terms of Reference via the link below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prb.com.fj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/TOR-LAGILAGI-STRATA-REGISTRATION.pdf\">Terms of Reference<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong> <strong>Friday, 30th May 2025 at 3:00 PM <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All tenders must be submitted in a single file document through the PRB tender portal available at the PRB webpage: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prb.com.fj\">www.prb.com.fj<\/a> Late, incomplete or print submissions will not be considered.
