The Board hereby invite submissions from qualified suppliers and manufacturers for the design, supply and installation of Expandable \/ Incremental Homes at its Namelimeli Development site in Navua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking proposals for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20132 Bedroom Expandable Homes<\/li>\n<li>Light durable steel or equivalent robust construction<\/li>\n<li>Fiji Engineer Certified structural design<\/li>\n<li>Fully compliant with Fiji National Building Standards<\/li>\n<li>Certified environmentally friendly materials and systems<\/li>\n<li>Ready-to-use structures with all service provisions included:\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical wiring<\/li>\n<li>Plumbing<\/li>\n<li>Sanitation<\/li>\n<li>Drainage connections<\/li>\n<li>Water supply provisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The homes must be designed as incremental units, allowing for future expansion while maintaining structural integrity and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandatory Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested suppliers must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be legally registered to operate in Fiji<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidence of Fiji-based engineering certification<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate experience in light steel or modular housing construction<\/li>\n<li>Ensure structures are designed specifically for Fiji\u2019s:\n<ul>\n<li>Soil conditions<\/li>\n<li>Cyclonic and high-wind weather exposure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Conduct mandatory site visits prior to finalizing design proposals<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed technical specifications and compliance documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durability and low maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Cost efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Rapid installation capability<\/li>\n<li>Climate-resilient and environmentally sustainable design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested suppliers are requested to submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company profile<\/li>\n<li>Technical proposal<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of certification<\/li>\n<li>Indicative pricing<\/li>\n<li>Proposed delivery and installation timeline<\/li>\n<li>Site visits will be coordinated upon registration of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Format:<\/strong> PDF files, labelled:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cITT \u00a002\/2026 \u2013 Namelimeli Development\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upload to PRB portal: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prb.com.fj\">www.prb.com.fj<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Addressed to:<\/strong> The General Manager, Public Rental Board, P.O.
