Special projects have been earmarked for this financial year (2023/2024). These projects include: Raiwai Boundary fencing, Bures, Landscaping. Macfarlane boundary fencing Naqere Existing Hall upgrading works. Natokowaqa Hall upgrading works. Kia Street Community Hall fencing Subdivisional Survey (Kalabu- Jale and Narere) All these projects are expected to be completed this year.

PRB is currently in its 3rd cycle of its general maintenance programme. Two rental estates have been earmarked for this financial year 2023/2024. These two estates include Votua and Natokowaqa rental estate (phase 2). Both projects should be completed before the end of this financial year. A five (5) year general maintenance plan has been prepared and currently being followed.

i. PRB is currently constructing a new community hall at Naqere, Savusavu to cater for the new development that was commissioned in 2018. ii. The total cost for the development is $633,899.60 (i.e.,Construction and Consultancy). iii. Works is expected to complete in October 2023.
